Prawns Rawa fry is a spicy, crispy and diecious Goan starter. It’s Kaii’s absolute Favourite Dish.
Marinate the prawns in turmeric, red chilli powder and the sea salt.
Coat in semolina and shallow fry till it turns golden brown.
Serve with a slice of lemon.
Use less oil when you start to fry the prawns and add more as and when required.
