This Dish was a creation of mine and has become one of our most loved dishes.
Ingredients
- 350g hung Yoghurt
- 200g feta cheese
- 100ml cream
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Pinch of red chilli powder
- ½ pear cut in very small cubes
- 1 Tbsp copped spring onions
- Salt To Taste
Method
Mix the yoghurt, feta cheese, cream, honey, chilli powder and salt together till you get a smooth cheese spread.
Combine in the chopped pear and spring onions.
Set the cheese in a mould or bowl and keep it over night in the fridge.
Garnish the cheese with crotons, honey, chilli flakes, pumpkin seeds and Parsley.
Only use hard and not so sweet pears for this dish. Use only the light coloured white part of the spring onions. You can serve the fresh Goats cheese with Bread or Salted Waffles.
